ABCD Advocates for Day Program Reopening Guidelines to Account for the Present-Day Reality

The current standard which relies solely on the COVID-19 Activity Level Index (CALI) calculated weekly and for 46 weeks does not account for the present-day reality of opening and closing DDD day programs.  Accounting for the abundance of information, expertise, equipment and access to the COVID 19 vaccine by many individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ABCD developed additional modifications to the guidelines and proposed them to DDD for their consideration.
