ABCD Calls for Responsible Transparency
In a testimonial provided before the Assembly Human Services Committee on January 25, ABCD advocated for an individual to have access to and control over certain incident reports within an established framework which would serve to build rather than erode trust. ABCD also advocated for staff’s right to privacy and rehabilitation.
The success of the individual is connected to the success of the provider.
Regrettably, the bill passed the AHS without amendments requested by ABCD.
