Assembly Health Committee Hearing on Possible Impact of Medicaid Cuts
The I/DD population is complex and diverse and can be found in every pocket of the Medicaid program.
Chairperson Murphy and Vice Chairperson Speight brought together a collection of stakeholders representing numerous sectors of the health system to share with the members of the Assembly Health Committee just how far reaching the proposed cuts to Medicaid would be. Participants included advocates for poverty, children, mental health, I/DD, elderly, maternal health, and health/human services care worker communities.
A cut to one is a cut to all.
