Children’s Aid and Family Services
Founded in 1899, Children’s Aid and Family Services has a rich history of protecting vulnerable children. While our roots are in adoption, our mission has evolved and expanded to address a broader range of social needs. Today, we provide a wide array of programs, including:
Disability Support Services
Community residences and day programming for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Children and Family Services
Treatment Foster Care for children and teenagers, support services for teenagers who have aged out of care, and adoption and kinship services.
Baby Basics
Free diapers, nutritional formula, and other baby essentials for low-income families.
The Center for Alcohol and Drug Resources
Community and school-based substance misuse prevention, education programs, and peer recovery support services.
