Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities

Data collected from eight states, including New Jersey, show that though individuals with intellectual or developmental disability are about as likely to contract COVID-19, they have a higher risk of dying from COVID-19.

New Jersey has provided resources which has saved lives, but this report indicates that continued support is required to ensure our population remains safe during the pandemic.
