Spectrum of Care

Only in his family home does a young man begin exhibiting symptoms which over a year’s time gradually escalate, risking his and his family’s safety. No one would believe the parents until they shared their circumstances with their son’s professional caregivers.  Initiated by the day program and led by the support coordinator, this young man was diagnosed, became eligible for additional resources and placed in a group home which could provide appropriate care and support. “I’m happy.”  Watch the story told by Austin, Susan, Tony, and Jen.
