Commissioner Identifies Early Intervention as a “Very Important Program.”

Early Intervention provider agencies take on one of society’s most important endeavors, preventing and minimizing permanent disability by providing life changing services to all eligible infants and toddlers with developmental delays and disabilities.   During the session, Commissioner Persichilli commended the EI workforce in the field, “We have great respect and honor the work you do. Please know how proud we are of your work.”

It is essential that the State of New Jersey create and maintain a sustainable Early Intervention system.
