Quality Assurance for Support Coordination
Mercadien covered key topics on quality, consistent documentation as well as communication. This included specific metrics for measuring quality and discussing compliance best practices.
The presentation would not have taken place if not for the volunteers from ABCD’s Support Coordination Alliance, who provided an outline of concepts and issues from which Mercadien developed the presentation.
